- If more than the amount of percs are placed by a player, one of them will be looted by a SIC.
- If a player with perc rights would like to place his first perc, and there are no percs available, the fullest perc of a member who has multiple percs out is to be removed. If the player is not online then a SIC will loot the perc of their
choosing from the said player, and return the mats upon meeting.
